With over a decade of experience, I’m a Balanced Body Comprehensive-certified Pilates instructor trained under renowned Master Instructor Maria Leone. My background in dance and competitive cheerleading has given me the tools to motivate and empower clients of all fitness levels.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including professional athletes, postpartum moms, royalty, and world leaders, delivering personalized programs that fit their unique needs. My expertise extends to working with individuals managing scoliosis, osteoarthritis, neuropathy, vertigo, bunions, pre- and post-pregnancy recovery, gastric bypass rehabilitation, and other injuries or physical limitations.
